Please allow 14 days for delivery. Urgent orders can sometimes be prioritised. Please send us an email using our contact page to check delivery times before you place your order. An e-mail will be sent to let you know your order has been processed and despatched once your order has been received.
If there is likely to be a delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

In the unlikely event of you not being completely happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. Please send package by Special Delivery We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
